Total Body Workout

General usage exercises that will cover the main muscle groups used on a daily basis. For a more complete workout, click on the appropriate muscle groups below. 

Shoulders/Upper Back/Chest

Emphasis is on the rotator cuff and scapula stabilizers. Excellent for use in rehabilitation and general conditioning.

Upper Arm/Elbow/Wrist

Complements Shoulders/Upper Back/Chest workout. Great follow-up to complete the upper extremity workout.

Wheelchair Users

Combines Shoulders/Upper Back/Chest and Upper Arm/Elbow/Wrist workouts for wheelchair users. Can be done in smaller sessions for seniors. Great for individuals as well as groups.

Golf

Presents the different muscle groups used in the typical golf swing. Great workout to train the muscles needed for consistency and strength.

Hips/Knees/Ankles

Features primary muscles at the hip, knee, and ankle. Excellent for use in rehabilitation and general exercise.

Radialis Brevis: Wrist Flexion, Wheelchair Wrist Flexion

Radialis Longus: Wrist Flexion, Wheelchair Wrist Flexion

Gluteus

Maximus: Hip Flexion

Medius: Hip Abduction

Minimus: Hip Abduction
